The husky 230 is a fully fledged and comfortable motorhome which uses the Ford Ranger or Toyota Hilux double cab as a platform. Each offer extra space for two or three passengers in the second row seats. Both the new Ford Ranger and Toyota Hilux are extremely reliable and resilient — ideal for carrying equally reliable and resilient living cabins. The interiors of both vehicles are comfortable and spacious.
Their four-wheel drive and stability control invite you to venture to locations off the beaten track. The generous payload is well suited to use as a family motorhome. The cabin is typically bimobil, constructed from lightweight yet sturdy sandwich panels with excellent insulation properties. There are two interior layouts both sharing a 1.6 m wide alcove which stretches above the cockpit. Despite the floor of the cabin being dimensioned
to fit the shorter pick-up bed of the double cab, the cleverly designed interior, including a shower, is ideal for up to four persons.
The configuration of the base vehicle must be agreed with bimobil, and needs to be registered prior to the conversion.
